Tortillas!

First off let me say how much we appreciated all the recipes and helpful comments! We haven't had a chance to try them all but there are some good ones. I may never buy a pancake mix again after trying Melissa's recipe. =)

We tried to make tortillas a couple of days ago. I was a little skeptical but I have to say they were good. A little bit like a gordita but still amazing. And one of the best parts...it turns out Kevin has a knack for rolling out the perfect round tortilla! I was quite impressed!

We invited the other stinters over for our 1st mexican fiesta of the year.
We plan on having many more!

So glad you enjoyed the recipe! Did you make them with or without the chocolate chips? ;) The tortillas look yummy and so professionally done. Nice job, Kevin! I'd love the recipe.

Praise God that you have your work permits and also permission to distribute the Daily Planners. I'll be praying. :)

Missy sadly there are no chocolate chips to be found in Croatia. But before you feel too bad for us...the other day I chopped up a Milka chocolate bar and used for c.c. cookies. It was heavenly! But a little too much work for breakfast though you can be sure it will happen.

Here's the link to the blog I got the tortilla recipe from. The only think I did differently was add a little more oil so we could roll them out thinner. I think I would decrease the salt next time too.

Looks like you'll have to copy the link.

Feel free to keep passing on recipes!

Love you,
Kris
